We strive to bring the comforts of home living to every one of our patients. Our 4700 sq. ft. Skilled Nursing Facility encompasses 3 Semi-Private and 4 Private Rooms with a total of 10 Beds. Our rooms feature rich Oak wood flooring, personal wash basins, walk in closets, flat screen TVs, Cable/Internet and patio access. Our top of the line gourmet kitchen is designed to accommodate the individual nutritional needs of all our patients. State Of The Art surveillance equipment allows a secure safe living environment and prevents patients from wandering off the premises. Moorpark Health Care Center is an affordable alternative to hospital care. You and your loved ones can have peace of mind with around the clock expert clinical care and licensed medical staff taking care of your every need. It is also the In-Patient Facility for TLC Home Hospice Patients who can no longer live at home. At Moorpark Health Care Center you can think of us as family looking out for our loved ones.
